Heineken Romania recruits Management Trainees

What are we offering?

YOU will:

o    Learn how a Heineken business works
o    Gain functional skills through national projects and, if you’re a Super-Trainee, you could be part of an international project
o    Get career counseling through a Mentor, Coach and “Buddy”
o    Have the opportunity to obtain a specialist or junior manager position in Supply Chain, Finance or HR at the end of the program
