About Edelweiss Beer
This beer belongs to the category of high quality “white” (unfiltered) beers. Among the peculiarities of such beer are: its recipe consisting of a combination of wheat and barley malt, its lower bitterness because of its lower hops concentration, it ferments at high temperatures of 20°C, and has a higher CO2 content, recommending to drink it form a glass and not directly form the bottle. Its special yeast confers this special beer a slightly fruity taste. With a 5.5% alcohol concentration, Edelweiss is a beer brewed from the most natural ingredients grown in the Austrian Alps.
