Vacant position: Zone Sales Manager

Relations:
• Internal with the following departments: Regional Trade Marketing, Logistics, Controlling, IT, Finance, Human Resources, Legal Affairs
• External: Distributors, Clients, Third parties- local authorities

Purpose of the job:
Ensures the management of the distributors, theri sales force management, market forecast for both distribution channels: HoReCa and Retail, in order to reach the Company’s objectives concerning his area of responsabilities.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Implementation of Key Performance Indicators:  Top 70% volume locations, Volume in locations , Sales Volume, Value of the sold volumes, Distributors’ credit, Sales forecast, Retail and Horeca Contracts
2. Fixed assets administration:
- Ensures the fixed assests database for the Retail and Horeca Channels is accurate
- Ensures that the registeration of the fixed assets in Hermes is done and updated (MF), based on the contracts and delivery dispositions, according to the Heineken Romania policy.
- Ensures the fixed assets are allocated to the clients according to the Heineken Romania policy.
3. Responsibilities concerning the work safety and security.

Main requirements:
1) Background:
 Good knowledge of English both writing and speaking.
 Good PC operating skills
 Sales experience: 3 years (FMCG experience is an advantage)
 Experience in managerial position: minimum 2 years
 Univeristy degree
 Basic knowledge of Trade Marketing
 Sales force, territory and distributors management
 Customer Business Plan
